      目前国内市场上主流的收割机机型很难适用于起伏不平、地段狭小的丘陵山区,开发微型两行机势在必行。清选系统对整个收割机的工作性能影响很大,也关系着整机结构的复杂程度和机体尺寸。针对大中型收割机清选机构结构复杂、尺寸较大而微型机要求紧凑简洁的特点,对传统的清选系统做了改进,设计了满足要求的系统方案,基于虚拟样机技术完成了具体零件建模和复杂的三维总装,并对振动筛及物料颗粒在气流场的运动进行了分析,得到了运动方程,绘制了不同漂浮系数脱出物的气流场运动轨迹,分析了相关因素对清选性能的影响,对后续的样机开发具有较大的指导意义。

      In the domestic market, the mainstream type of the harvester is difficult to apply to the undulating, narrow hills, the development of two-row mini-machine is imperative. Cleaning system is a great influence on the performance, the complexity of the whole structure and body size. Traditional cleaning system for large and medium-sized harvester is complex and large, can not meet the requirement of compact structure for mini-harvester. So, traditional cleaning system has been improved to meet the requirement. In this article, established 3D cleaning assembly model, analyzed the movement of the shaker and the material in the flow field, got the motion equation, drawn the trajectory of different floating coefficient emerging object in gas flow field, summarized the affection of related factors, this all have the important guiding significance for subsequent prototype development.
